We are seeking a talented Digital Coordinator to support EFI Global’s website, digital marketing operations and online brand experience. This role will manage day-to-day website content and updates, support digital campaigns and CRM operations, assist with SEO and performance optimization, and help maintain accurate, consistent digital content and assets across platforms. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility while remaining connected to a highly collaborative team. Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.\nPRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage communications and brand experience projects and initiatives providing strategic direction to team members.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nCreates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive colleague and client engagement.\nManages communications and brand experience projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements.\nSupports the communications and user experience team with written and visual presentations to package formalized stories, concepts, ideas and solutions.\nProvides strategic direction and oversight for team members regarding the ideal solutions for communications and user experiences that will meet the project objectives and drive engagement.\nPrepares written communications that are clear, articulate, on-brand, simplified and that inspire the desired call-to-action and engagement.\nParticipates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\nTravels as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor’s degree in communications from an accredited college or university preferred.\nExperience\nSix (6) years of communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nSkills & Knowledge\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills\nPC literate, including Microsoft Office products\nStrong organizational skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nAbility to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports\nAbility to work in a team environment\nAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.\nMental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines\nPhysical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required\nAuditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking\nThe statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
