Working with us, you'll stay close to industry trends and collaborate with some of the most ambitious customers in the digitalization of the healthcare sector.\nOur solutions enable patients to participate digitally in their own treatment and take greater responsibility for their own health. Our customers, hospitals and clinics, can thereby streamline the collection and follow-up of health information.\nCheckWare is market leader in Norway and has the ambition to become a significant international player in digital patient engagement. This role may also offer the opportunity to contribute to building CheckWare internationally.\nYour Tasks: Lead Projects and Deliver Real Impact\nLead our delivery projects and adapt solutions to customers in line with delivery requirements.\nBuild deep knowledge of customer needs and our solutions.\nAdvise our customers on how to best implement digital health services.\nContribute to sales, proposal, and tender processes.\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and professional networks.\nYou are the ideal candidate if you\nLive in Norway.\nHave a relevant degree in technology or business/economics.\nHave experience leading and delivering software delivery projects for customers.\nAre structured and methodical, with strong skills in organizing cross-functional teams under time pressure.\nHave a cross-disciplinary profile and a strong interest in health and digital solutions.\nHave knowledge of, or experience working with, the healthcare sector.\nHave commercial and technical understanding.\nHave a genuine interest in, and ideally some experience with, how AI can support and strengthen project delivery and our customer solutions.\nHave excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Norwegian and English.
