When something doesn't work as expected, they contact us, and you'll help them get back on track.\nYou'll start alongside experienced colleagues, listen in on customer conversations, learn our products and understand how we work with cases. As your knowledge grows, you'll gradually take ownership of your own calls and support cases.\nThe position is 8-19 hours per week and is based at our office in AKSEN - House of Business in Aarhus, a modern business community with a vibrant professional environment. Your working hours will be planned flexibly around your studies, classes and exams.\nWhat you'll do\nHelp customers by phone and through our support system\nInvestigate problems and find the actual cause, not just the symptom\nAsk the right questions and guide customers towards a solution\nSolve the cases you can and escalate more complex issues with the right information attached\nTake ownership of your cases and keep customers informed along the way\nImprove our knowledge articles when you discover something that is missing, unclear or outdated\nHelp with practical tasks that keep the support team running smoothly\nUse AI tools as part of your daily case handling, just like the rest of the team\nYou'll quickly learn that great support isn't about knowing every answer. It's about knowing how to find it.\nYou are the ideal candidate if you\nYou don't need to be an IT expert or know anything about the property industry before joining us. We're more interested in how you think, communicate and learn.\nAre studying at a university or similar educational institution, ideally with a couple of years left\nSpeak and write Danish and English confidently\nAre curious about AI and eager to use it actively in your daily work\nEnjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly\nAre curious and don't give up when the answer isn't obvious\nEnjoy learning new systems and understanding how things work\nTake responsibility for the things you start\nEnjoy being part of a team where people help each other and share what they know\nPrevious experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, a helpdesk or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your specific field of study isn't the most important thing either. Students within IT, business, finance, administration, communication, property or similar fields can all be a great match.
