CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.\n\nMinimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years as an Accounting Manager.\n\nPrevious experience in large agricultural companies and fresh produce export packing houses is mandatory.\n\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.\n\nSolid experience in agricultural cost accounting, inventory accounting, production accounting, and export accounting.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.\n\nProven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n\nLead and manage a team of more than 30 accountants, ensuring high performance, productivity, and continuous development.\n\nWorking Days: Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)\n\nMandatory Requirement: Candidates must be willing to work and reside on-site at the company’s
