Conduct internal audits across all company departments according to the approved audit plan.\n. Audit Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement, Warehouses, Sales, Export, Logistics, Operations, Production, Maintenance, Farms, Stations, and supporting functions.\n. Review workflows and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n. Assess segregation of duties, responsibilities, and internal controls.\nFinancial & Operational Audit\n. Review financial and operational transactions and supporting documents.\n. Audit expenses, purchases, invoices, warehouses, inventory, assets, sales, collections, revenues, and expenditures.\n. Conduct periodic and surprise stock, asset, and custody counts.\nRisk & Internal Controls\n. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and identify weaknesses and risks.\n. Identify non-compliance, errors, and financial or operational deviations.\n. Recommend corrective actions and controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misuse of company resources.\nReporting & Follow-up\n. Prepare internal audit reports covering findings, risks, root causes, and recommendations.\n. Present audit results to management and senior management.\n. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure audit findings are properly closed.\n.
