About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, high-energy Multimedia designer to join the Egen Marketing team. At this level, you aren’t just executing tasks; you are a visual architect. You will play a key part in strengthening our brand storytelling and supercharging our sales enablement efforts through high-quality motion design and sleek static visuals.
If you know how to turn a complex tech concept into a "scroll-stopping" animation, we want to talk to you.
What you’ll do:
Motion & Brand Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity motion graphics and complementary static assets that articulate complex technical narratives, ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Sales Enablement Production: Produce a scalable library of visual sales tools-including animated product demos, motion-enhanced case studies, and high-impact sales collateral-that translate abstract tech concepts into digestible visual formats.
Platform-Optimized Content: Design and animate short-form, "scroll-stopping" content specifically for social channels (LinkedIn), optimizing visual impact while balancing the needs for both static clarity and motion-led engagement.
Campaign Asset Ecosystem: Deliver a cohesive suite of visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns-ranging from email banners to web hero elements-that maintain strict brand alignment across diverse platforms.
End-to-End Production Ownership: Manage projects from initial storyboard and motion concepting through to final export and asset management, ensuring technical quality and pixel-perfect attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience, where your portfolio shows professional motion work and high-end static graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail and timeliness.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.
