This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nPerform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies\nSupport month end closing\nProcessing Vendor Invoices, Credit notes\nAudit and Validate employee expenses to ensure compliance\nReview the Oracle IDR system to ensure the scanned data is accurately captured\nAdhere to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.\nEssential:\nAttention to detail\nStrong excel and data handling skills \nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nFamiliar with Oracle ERP system\nGood Time management skills\nInterest in learning and working as a team\nDesirable:\nFrench language skills if possible\nExperience of working in an Accounts Payable process\nExperience of working to deadlines\n Qualifications\nB.
