In this role, you will serve as a critical link between architectural design and project execution, managing Building Information Models and ensuring seamless coordination across all project disciplines. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models while facilitating effective communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. success.\nDevelop, manage, and maintain comprehensive BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks\n\nCoordinate architectural models with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and structural disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts and clashes\n\nPerform clash resolution, documenting issues and coordinating resolutions with relevant teams\n\nCreate and update drawings and schedules, including plans, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models\n\nEnforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project deliverables\n\nCollaborate with BIM team, architects, engineers, to ensure BIM model accuracy and completeness\n\nManage model organization, naming conventions, and file structures to maintain data integrity\n\nSupport the implementation of BIM workflows and processes to improve project efficiency\n\nParticipate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on BIM-related matters\n\n Bachelor's degree in Architecture.\n\nMinimum 2-6 years of professional experience in BIM coordination and architectural design.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks\n\nStrong knowledge of 3D modeling principles and architectural design standards\n\nDemonstrated experience with multi-disciplinary project coordination\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve modeling conflicts\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities\n\nProficiency in technical documentation and construction drawing standards\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities\n\nAutodesk Revit Certification or equivalent BIM credential\n\nExperience with additional BIM tools such as Dynamo, Solibri, or BIM 360\n\nKnowledge of MEP coordination and clash detection workflows\n\nFamiliarity with construction sequencing and project scheduling\n\nExperience with Building Information Modeling standards (ISO 19650 or
