The role assists in managing project activities, monitoring progress, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking risks and actions, and ensuring project objectives are achieved in accordance with the agreed scope, programme, budget, quality, and client requirements.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the project.\nCoordinate activities between design consultants, and client representatives.\nMonitor project programme, milestones, and deliverables, highlighting any delays or risks.\nPrepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.\nAssist in managing project scope, change requests, and risk registers.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.\nMonitor consultant performance against contractual obligations.\nSupport the review of design deliverables for completeness and compliance with project requirements.\nAssist with procurement activities, technical evaluations, and contract administration as required.\nCoordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and client presentations.\nMonitor project documentation and ensure proper document control procedures are followed.\nSupport quality assurance and compliance with project management procedures.\nAssist during construction by coordinating responses to RFIs, reviewing progress, and tracking outstanding actions.\nSupport project close-out activities, including handover documentation, lessons learned, and final reporting.\n Education\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.\nA Master's degree is an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or project coordination.\nExperience on large-scale building, stadium, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.\nExperience working with multidisciplinary consultant teams.\nFamiliarity with all project phases from design through handover.\nProfessional Certifications\n PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.\nTechnical Competencies\nGood understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nKnowledge of design coordination, and contract administration.\n Skills\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood report writing and presentation skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight
