We prioritize economic and social responsibility in all our multicultural projects, striving to create designs that are not only visually stunning but also environmentally sustainable and socially equitable.\nThe Associate, Business Development will support the Principal, Business Development for all issues relating to Business Development for the firm across Asia.\nKey Objectives and responsibilities\nIdentify potential projects and collaborate with the Principals on the preparation of submissions for competitions and awards as agreed with the CEO / Principals\nCoordinate and prepare tender submissions including pre-qualifications, expression of interest and request for proposals\nResponsible for submission coordination and preparation:assist to design customised and client focused submissions\nensure compliance with briefs on submission structure\nensure compliance with in-house formatting & style standards\nfollow-up with sub-consultants for relevant information\n\nCross check Chinese-English translation work\nKeep track of client and consultant contact database for each submission\nMaintain and update the Company’s extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission information\nEnsure regular communication with current and past clients, in terms of entertainment, inclusion on newsletters, mail-outs, emails and all other promotional and marketing material\nResearch / identify and events business development opportunities\nPerform all other duties as required with the nature of the role\nTeam Management\nResponsible for motivating team members and working with them to establish clear goals that are in line with company objectives\nIdentify areas of strength in team members and help them realise their maximum potential\nEnsure smooth running, maximum performance and appropriate resourcing of the team\nGeneral\nSupport the continuous improvement of BD processes and practice within the region and across the group\nCarry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role\n Education and Training\nDegree educated or relevant years of industry experience\nExperience in the architectural industry is highly desirable\nExcellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese\nProficient with Microsoft Office packages, database management and page layout\nExperience\nProven relevant working experience in architectural sector\nDemonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of business development strategies and activities\nDemonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of business development strategies and activities\nProven track record of success in sourcing and converting opportunities to contract\nPrevious working experience and knowledge of the architectural industry is highly desirable\nPersonal Qualities\nAbility to communicate professionally across all levels, both internally and externally\nAble to work under pressure and to tight deadlines\nAbility to build relationships at all levels\nSound commercial acumen -
