a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads and utilities) to join our team in Bangalore.\nAs a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region.\nCoordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of various design elements\nDevelop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects\nPerform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs using advanced BIM software\nCollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines\nConduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members\nhigh-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews\nImplement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables\nStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction\nEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE\n Qualifications\nMinimum of 6 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.\nProficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D\nStrong understanding of 3D modeling, visualization techniques, and infrastructure design principles\nExtensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams\nBIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred\nExperience with large-scale infrastructure projects\nIn-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices\nFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in GCC\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
