The role is expected to actively support the BIM authoring for utilities with a focus on wet utilities discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit with the project BIM Leads. This is an Autodesk Civil 3D expert level focused role with a professional level Autodesk Revit experience as well\nResponsibilities\nSupport the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.\nDevelop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards.\nExtract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.\nEnsure coordination of all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.\nEnsure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.\nPrepare the engineering drawings from the model that comprises of general arrangements, part plans and overall layouts, profiles, sections, alignments, CSD, rainbow diagrams, schedules, etc\nMust be an expert in both pressure and gravity network and \nEnsure Project Information Models (PIM’s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.\nPrepare BIM package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements\nPrepare models and reports for constructability analysis\nCoordinate work with the lead technical engineer, including taking responsibility for timely completion of deliverables.\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University.\nMinimum 5+ years Civil 3D experience within depth working knowledge of current Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit versions; Proficient in CAD design 2D/3D\nAble to demonstrate (skill assessment) ability to set up new project files for the team; Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability;\nAble to maintain standards and libraries for civil 3D project templates, catalogues, parts and work with sub-assembly composer\nIn depth understanding of Autodesk Civil 3D i.e. networks modeling, alignment, profiles, surfaces, sub-assemblies’ composer, data-short cuts, dynamo civil connection etc. (this is a must requirement)\nStrong computer skills;
