relevant experience in BIM to join our \"BIM & Innovation team\" in Madrid.\nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about BIM, digital workflows and emerging technologies in architecture, who wants to contribute to the development of innovative design processes and high-quality BIM delivery across international projects.\n YOUR ROLE\nAs part of the \"BIM & Innovation team\", you will work closely with project teams to implement BIM standards, coordinate models and develop advanced digital workflows across multiple projects.\nYou will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s BIM strategy and digital tools, helping to shape the future of how we design and deliver architecture.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nWithin the assigned project or projects:\nBEP negotiation, creation and maintenance of the CDE (Autodesk Forma)\nCreation and quality assurance of models (reference structure, coordinate system, parameters, etc.)\nBIM coordination across disciplines and quality control of own models\nMIDP management and deliverables\nISO 19650 compliance and audit support\nAs a member of the studio's BIM team:\nSupport in the definition, implementation and maintenance of the studio's BIM standards\nTraining and guidance for teams on the use of BIM tools\nProcess improvements and implementation of automations within the BIM environment.\n Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field\n 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural project development\n Strong experience working with Revit and BIM methodologies\n Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards\n Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM teams\n Knowledge of Dynamo, Revit API or workflow automation is a plus\n Experience with Rhinoceros and Grasshopper is highly valued\n Experience with Navisworks and clash detection processes\n Interest in digital innovation, computational design and AI applied to architecture\n Advanced English\n Availability for occasional
