Join a team where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your work helps build a more sustainable future.\n We are seeking a Contract Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and contract support services for Egis' Florida Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) operations.\nIn this role, you will serve as a critical resource supporting multiple Project Managers and contracts, ensuring seamless document control, records management, and project coordination.\nThe Impact You'll Make:\nProvide contract support services in support of Lochner's Florida CEI operations\nExercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to office aspects of projects\nManage the setup and maintenance of document control and records management systems for multiple projects and Project Managers\nSupport contracts for FDOT and other regional municipalities\nWork with flexibility-remote work options may be available depending on the assignment\n The Exertise You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in a relevant field\n4+ years of related experience in transportation construction experience with project related duties in Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) System input, progress, and final estimates. \nExperience processing Construction Contract changes\nFamiliarity with FDOT Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform those duties.\nCertifications: CTQP Final Estimates Level I & II\n Why You'll Thrive at Egis\nAt Egis, you'll do more than build your career-you'll help shape the future of infrastructure.
