With a strong portfolio of award-winning projects in hand across South East QLD, our team continues to grow and we’re seeking a talented civil engineer to join us based out of the Sunshine Coast.\nYou will be responsible for\nDeliver and manage Civil and Infrastructure designs within broad acre greenfield and brownfield redevelopment\nDesign of major and minor drainage infrastructure with an understanding of hydrological principles with appropriate water management and treatments\nDeliver and manage water and sewer designs in accordance with SEQ Water standards\nPrepare relevant servicing and development reports\nWork closely with the other members of the Urban Development team and sub-consultants\nFostering relationships with current and potential clients building on your existing networks to generate new business\n Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a civil engineer within a consultancy environment with demonstrated knowledge of land development and/or infrastructure projects local to QLD. In addition, you will also have:\nTertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering\nValid full drivers license\nA thorough understanding of civil design principles pertaining to land development, storm water, civil infrastructure, roads and/or mining/resources\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to run projects within budget and on time\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organisation and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities\n We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
