This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in developing their technical and project delivery capabilities within airport and aviation infrastructure projects.\nWorking alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural engineering works for airport developments and related infrastructure projects within the region.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Prepare and develop CAD and Civil 3D drawings for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.\n· Assist in the review and coordination of civil and structural engineering drawings and technical deliverables.\n· Support the delivery of airport civil and structural design packages under the guidance of senior engineers.\n· Coordinate with specialist consultants and multidisciplinary teams on project requirements.\n· Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and document control.\n· Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site visits as required.\n· Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and engineering best practices.\n Qualifications\n· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering.\n· Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.\n· Strong interest and aptitude in airport and aviation infrastructure projects.\nExperience\n· 0-2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.\n· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\n· Internship or project exposure to infrastructure, transportation, or aviation projects is advantageous.\nSkills & Competencies\n· Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.\n· Basic knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n· Good communication and teamwork abilities.\n· Willingness to learn and develop within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.\n Willingness to be site-based\nAbility to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment","description_format":"text","description_chars":2788,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Science & Engineering","Engineering Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T14:15:39Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":49,"reasons":["conf:4","win:early","comp:junior,brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T18:35:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/egis-group-civil-structural-graduate-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/egis-group-civil-structural-graduate-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T18:35:00Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
