As a key member of our organization, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction. construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget\nManage construction teams and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to quality standards\nConduct regular site inspections and monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and UAE building codes\nPrepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, and manage schedule changes and delays proactively\nDevelop and implement comprehensive project budgets; track expenditures and manage cost controls to prevent budget overruns\nPrepare progress reports, payment certifications, quantity
