In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations, and supporting strategic business objectives through effective contract negotiation and risk management. You will work collaboratively across departments to drive commercial excellence and protect organizational interests.\nDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, and procurement contracts, ensuring clarity and legal compliance\nAnalyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies\nMaintain a centralized contract management system and ensure accurate documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all agreements\nCoordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure contracts align with organizational standards and requirements\nMonitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key milestones, renewal dates, and obligations\nManage vendor and supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract renewal negotiations\nPrepare contract summaries, reports, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders\nEnsure all contracts comply with local Saudi Arabian regulations and international best practices\nIdentify opportunities to standardize contract templates and streamline commercial processes\nSupport the organization in resolving contract disputes and managing amendments or modifications\nStay current with changes in commercial law and regulatory requirements affecting the organization\n **Required Skills and Experience:**\nProven 20 years experience in contract management, commercial law, or procurement\nStrong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis\nProficiency in analyzing complex commercial agreements and identifying legal implications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a corporate environment\nExperience managing vendor and supplier relationships\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels\n**Preferred Skills and Experience:**\nExperience with SAP or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems\nBackground in procurement or supply chain management\nExperience negotiating international contracts\nFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian commercial and labor laws\nCertification in contract management or commercial law\nExperience in risk management and mitigation strategies\nKnowledge of project management
