Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.\n The Contracts Specialist will support the administration, management, and compliance of construction consultancy contracts across major infrastructure, transportation, aviation, mixed-use, and giga-project developments. The role is responsible for contract administration, change management, claims support, commercial correspondence, contractual risk management, and ensuring compliance with contract conditions throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nContract Administration\nAdminister consultancy and construction contracts in accordance with contract conditions.\nReview contract documents and identify contractual obligations, risks, and key deliverables.\nMaintain contract records, correspondence, and contractual documentation.\nSupport contract execution, amendments, extensions, and closeout activities.\nChange Management\nReview and evaluate Variation Orders (VOs).\nAssess Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.\nMonitor contract changes and maintain change registers.\nEnsure changes comply with contractual requirements and approval procedures.\nClaims & Dispute Support\nSupport the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of claims.\nReview contractor and consultant claims for entitlement and contractual compliance.\nAssist in the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes.\nPrepare contractual position papers and claim assessments.\nCommercial & Contract Compliance\nMonitor contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions.\nReview notices, contractual correspondence, and commercial submissions.\nEnsure compliance with procurement and governance requirements.\nSupport audits and contract compliance reviews.\nStakeholder Coordination\nLiaise with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Cost Managers, Legal teams, and Clients.\nParticipate in commercial and contractual meetings.\nProvide contractual advice to project teams.\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.\nReporting\nPrepare contractual and commercial reports.\nMaintain risk, claim, and variation logs.\nTrack contract performance and key contractual milestones.\nSupport management reporting on claims, variations, and contract status.\n Education\nBachelor's Degree in:Civil Engineering\nConstruction Management\nQuantity Surveying\nLaw\nBusiness Administration\nRelated discipline\n\nExperience\n At least 10+ years experience in Contracts Administration, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or Contract Management.\nExperience in consultancy firms preferred.\nExperience on:Mega Projects\nInfrastructure Projects\nTransportation Projects\nAviation Projects (Preferred but not mandatory)\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nFIDIC Contracts\nContract Administration\nClaims Management\nExtension of Time (EOT)\nDelay Analysis\nVariation Orders (VO)\nContractual Correspondence\nProcurement Processes\nCommercial Management\nRisk Management\nDispute Resolution\nSystems & Software\nMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)\nMicrosoft Word\nPowerPoint\nAconex\nOracle Primavera P6 (preferred)\nPower BI (preferred)\nDocument Control Systems\nCertifications\nMRICS \nRICS Certifications\nCCM\nPMP\nPMI-SP\nCIArb\nCertified Contract Management qualifications\n We are committed to our planet:\nIn each project we design, engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy we’re leaving behind.
