Your goal: make complex topics accessible, useful and engaging in both French and English.\nCommunications & marketing\nContribute to the design and execution of the Data & AI Office communication and marketing strategy.\nDevelop communication plans to promote Data & AI initiatives, services, success stories, and learning opportunities.\nCreate engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, and internal campaigns.\nMonitor engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvements.\nCommunity engagement\nAnimate and grow several Data & AI communities within Microsoft Teams.\nFoster engagement through campaigns, surveys, challenges, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nIdentify and promote success stories, best practices, and innovative use cases from across the organization.\nHelp build a vibrant Data & AI culture.\nEvents & experiences\nPropose, organize, and coordinate internal and external events related to Data & AI.\nSupport webinars, workshops, conferences, innovation showcases, community events, and learning sessions.\nCoordinate speakers, stakeholders, logistics, communications, and event materials.\nContribute to event facilitation and participant engagement.\nTrend monitoring & storytelling\nMaintain an active watch on trends related to Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.\nRecommend innovative communication formats and engagement initiatives.\nHelp translate complex Data & AI topics into compelling and accessible stories for diverse audiences.\n The profile we are looking for\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Innovation, Data, AI, or related fields) and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.\nWhat you bring\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interest in marketing, communications, and storytelling.\nFluent in both French and English (mandatory).\nComfortable working with digital collaboration tools and social platforms.\nCreative, proactive, and highly organized.\nAbility to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.\nStrong interest in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.\nGreat if you also have\nExperience in community management or digital engagement.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot, etc.).\nBasic understanding of Data Analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.\nSpanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.\nExperience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, etc.).\n What you will gain\nExposure to strategic Data & AI transformation initiatives.\nHands-on experience in communication, marketing, change management, and community engagement.\nOpportunities to work with experts in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Governance, and Innovation.\nExperience organizing and promoting high-visibility initiatives in an international environment.\nA unique opportunity to contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies across a global organization.\nWhy Egis?\nAt Egis, you will contribute to visible, international initiatives while learning at the intersection of Communications, Marketing, Community Management, Change, Data and AI.
