You’ll be a key contributor to project efficiency, compliance, and success-making your attention to detail and process management skills essential.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate all aspects of document control, including registration, uploading, transmitting, and tracking of technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.\nEnsure the accuracy and compliance of all document data in line with internal procedures and quality standards.\nManage the flow of documentation within the organization and between external project stakeholders.\nRetrieve and distribute files as needed by team members across multiple disciplines.\nDevelop and manage electronic workflows to streamline document submissions and approvals.\nMonitor document quality and proactively manage any discrepancies or process issues.\nPrepare ad-hoc reports on project documentation status and deliverables.\nPerform other administrative and project support tasks as required.\n University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects.\nProficiency in document control processes, with a strong understanding of quality and compliance standards.\nExperience with collaborative software tools such as SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, Unifier, or equivalent platforms.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and a focus on process improvement.\nWhy Join Egis?\nEgis Canada is synonymous with project and construction management best practices, delivering over 50 infrastructure projects annually with a dedicated team of 200+ professionals.
