As a Saudi national proficient in Aconex, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation for our construction and engineering initiatives.\nManage and maintain project documents using the Aconex document management system\nEnsure all project documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable\nReview incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy\nCoordinate document distribution to relevant project stakeholders\nTrack document revisions and maintain version control\nGenerate regular reports on document status and project progress\nAssist in the development and implementation of document control procedures\nLiaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents\nProvide training and support to team members on document control processes and Aconex usage\nMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information\n Proficiency in Aconex document management system.\nMinimum 4 years of experience. \nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.\nExcellent organisational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail.\nProven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.\nPrevious experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects.\nExperience with electronic document management systems.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred).\nAconex certification (preferred).\nKnowledge of construction or engineering project documentation processes.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to
