The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating project-related activities, maintaining records, and supporting project teams to ensure efficient execution of marine construction and maintenance projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage, control, and maintain all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.\nEnsure proper filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of project documentation in accordance with company procedures.\nMaintain document control registers and monitor document revisions and approvals.\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project documentation and administrative matters.\nPrepare and submit project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and presentations as required.\nTrack project deliverables, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.\nSupport project mobilization and resource coordination activities.\nAssist in preparing technical and commercial submissions, permits, and project correspondence.\nMonitor incoming and outgoing documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.\nMaintain project databases and ensure accurate record keeping.\nCoordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items.\nAssist the Marine Project Team in day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.\n Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in document control and project coordination, preferably within marine, infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects.\nStrong knowledge of document control procedures and project administration practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExperience using document management systems (Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms) is preferred.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.\nExperience working on marine construction, dredging, ports, harbours, bridges, or offshore projects will be an advantage.\n Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and document accuracy.\nProfessional communication and stakeholder management
