The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing power supply systems, with a strong background in power electronics and power conversion technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative power solutions while ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. Experience in the railway or metro industry is highly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop high-performance AC-DC and DC-DC power supply systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.\nPerform circuit analysis, simulation, and validation using industry-standard tools such as SPICE, LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent software.\nDevelop, test, validate, and troubleshoot power supply prototypes and production units to identify and resolve technical issues.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, design specifications, calculations, BOMs, and test reports.\nSelect and evaluate power electronics components, including Power Management ICs (PMICs), magnetics, and passive components to optimize system performance.\nCollaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure proper component placement, routing, thermal management, and EMI/EMC performance.\nEnsure all designs comply with international electrical safety and regulatory standards, including IEC, UL, and CE.\n Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in power electronics or power supply design.\nProven experience in the design and development of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems.\nStrong knowledge of power electronics, circuit theory, and electrical engineering principles.\nStrong understanding of Power Management ICs (PMICs) and their applications.\nExperience in testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting electronic power systems.\nFamiliarity with international electrical safety and regulatory standards, including IEC, UL, and
