- Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.
- Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation.
- Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly).
- Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.
- Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates).
- Minimize operation related comments by Third Party.
- Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections.
- Project Handing Over Documents Preperation and Follow Up.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components.
- Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records.
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
- Need a valid UAE driving license
- Must have a mionimum of 6 years of similar experience
