In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models with a focus on ELV systems integration. You will work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless coordination and clash-free designs throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for electrical, lighting, and vertical transportation systems using industry-standard software\nPerform clash detection and coordination analysis between ELV systems and other building disciplines\nCreate detailed 3D models and construction documentation from architectural and engineering drawings\nCoordinate with MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize system layouts\nPrepare BIM coordination reports and present findings to project stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific requirements\nManage model updates and maintain data integrity throughout the project phases\nSupport the development of construction sequencing and installation planning using BIM data\nCollaborate with site teams to verify model accuracy and resolve on-site coordination issues\nProvide technical support and training to project team members on BIM processes and tools\n Proficiency in Revit (ELV modules) and advanced modeling capabilities\nStrong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination\nSolid knowledge of electrical systems, lighting design, and vertical transportation (elevators, escalators)\nDemonstrated experience in BIM coordination on commercial or large-scale construction projects\nProficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software\nExcellent understanding of MEP coordination workflows and construction documentation standards\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail\nAbility to organize complex information and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration\nExperience with BIM execution plans and project-specific modeling standards\nKnowledge of Indian building codes and construction practices (preferred)\nFamiliarity with coordination software and project management tools
