delivery of FM consulting assignments\n\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities, deliverables, schedules, and stakeholder communications\n\nConduct FM assessments, technical due diligence, condition assessments, and operational reviews\n\nAssess FM requirements for hard services, soft services, specialist systems, and infrastructure assets\n\nDevelop FM deliverables including operating models, governance frameworks, maintenance strategies, and service delivery plans\n\nSupport development of FM procurement strategies, scopes of work, RFPs, SLAs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks\n\nAssist in transition, mobilization, ORAT, and handover planning activities\n\nReview asset registers, maintenance records, drawings, technical documentation, and lifecycle requirements\n\nSupport development of OPEX models, lifecycle plans, asset management plans, and FM budgets\n\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including FM, engineering, HSE, sustainability, digital, and specialist consultants\n\nPrepare technical reports, assessments, presentations, meeting minutes, and client deliverables\n\nSupport project reporting, action tracking, risk management, and quality assurance activities.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Asset\n\nManagement, or related discipline.5 to 8 years of FM, engineering, consulting, or technical advisory experience\n\nExperience supporting projects in commercial, mixed use, hospitality, aviation, infrastructure, or public sector environments\n\nMiddle East project experience is advantageous\n\nIFMA FMP/CFM, PMP, IWFM, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, or related certifications are advantageous.\n\n Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services\n\nUnderstanding of asset management principles, lifecycle planning, and maintenance strategies\n\nExperience in FM assessments, technical due diligence, and operational reviews\n\nKnowledge of FM contracts, procurement processes, and vendor management\n\nFamiliarity with CAFM, CMMS, BIM, BMS, and digital FM solutions\n\nUnderstanding of OPEX, CAPEX, lifecycle costing, and FM budgeting principles\n\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities\n\nExcellent report writing, technical documentation, and presentation skills\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\nStrong attention to detail, report formatting, and quality control skills\n\nAble to travel to Middle East on short term assignment
