Egis is a French engineering, consulting and operations group working on transport, buildings, water, energy and urban development projects worldwide. It designs and supervises infrastructure such as motorways, rail lines, metro systems, airports and bridges, and unusually also operates assets once they are built, running airports and road concessions rather than handing them over at completion. Headquartered near Paris and majority owned by the state investment bank Caisse des Depots alongside its own employees, the group employs tens of thousands of engineers and project managers across more than one hundred countries.

Egis is a leading global consulting, construction engineering and operating firm. We work together with our clients, across every aspect of transport, energy, and the built environment to build a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient world. The Egis Group has more than 50 years of experience and a team of 23,500 employees in over 70 countries around the world. Joining our Group means, above all, sharing our values as a people-first company, strongly committed to sustainability and innovation.

Joining Egis in the UK as a graduate means you will become part of our Graduate Programme, a tailored training schedule designed to accelerate your development as you begin your career with us. Combining hands-on experience with structured learning, you will build key skills such as commercial awareness, project management and communication through real-world application. You will also have opportunities to connect with colleagues across the business through training sessions, networking events, site visits and technical learning, supported by mentoring, interactive workshops and regular development check-ins. The Connect Plus Services (CPS) contract is one of Egis’ key projects in the UK and is responsible for operating and maintaining the M25 motorway network, one of the busiest and most critical road networks in Europe. CPS is delivered through a joint venture of partner organisations, including Egis, working collaboratively to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable running of the network for millions of road users every day.
