The activity includes toll road operations, weighbridge facilities, One-Stop Border Posts (OSBP), asset maintenance, customer services, and supporting corporate functions operating across two jurisdictions.\nReports to the General Manager\nThe HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Human Resources activities, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services that support the operational needs of the KMTR concession.\nThe HR Manager oversees recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, HR administration, and compliance with labor legislation. The role works closely with operational managers to ensure a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce across the organization.\nHR Operations :\nManage all day-to-day Human Resources activities.\nAdminister the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.\nRecruitment & Onboarding :\nCoordinate recruitment activities in partnership with managers.\nManage onboarding and employee integration.\nSupport workforce planning and staffing requirements.\nEmployee Administration :\nMaintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.\nCoordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits.\nEnsure compliance with local labor legislation and internal procedures.\nEmployee Relations :\nSupport managers on employee relations matters.\nAssist in disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.\nPromote a positive and respectful working environment.\nTraining & Performance :\nCoordinate training and development activities.\nSupport performance review processes.\nMonitor mandatory training and compliance requirements.\nHR Reporting :\nPrepare HR reports and workforce metrics.\nMonitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment KPIs.\n We are seeking a hands-on HR professional with strong operational expertise and the ability to support a fast-paced business in a multicultural environment.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nExperience\n7-10 years of Human Resources experience, including operational HR responsibilities.\nExperience in infrastructure, construction, mining, industrial, or multinational environments.\nExperience in Central Africa, preferably in the DRC and/or
