In this role you will assist in managing project costs analyzing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation for our engineering and construction projects.\nAssist in developing and maintaining project cost estimates and budgets\nMonitor project expenses and track variances from the budget\nPrepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project managers and stakeholders\nAnalyze cost data to identify trends risks and opportunities for cost savings\nSupport the creation and maintenance of cost control systems and procedures\nCollaborate with project teams to gather and validate cost-related information\nAssist in the preparation of change orders and contract modifications\nContribute to the development of cost-saving strategies and value engineering initiatives\nParticipate in project review meetings and provide cost-related insights\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date cost control documentation\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field\n1-3 years of experience in cost control or related field;
