It enhances capabilities in civil and structural engineering, protection and control and project delivery services for high-voltage substations and overhead line and cable design, creating a broader service offering for clients involved in energy transition and grid modernisation.\n Controlling company and project documentation\nFollowing and improving document control procedures\nEnsuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards\nSorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals\nAllocate and control the document numbering system for all project Work\nEnsure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving).\nMaintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.\nEstablish and maintain the Master Document Registers in cooperation with the Project teams.\nResponds in a timely manner to requests to give information, information searches and general requests for support from the project or department.\nProducing document progress reports for senior managers\nConducting regular reviews and document audits\nUsing computers to organise and distribute documents within a company\nHelping in the planning stages of a specific project\nEnsure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion\nAdhere to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.\n Customer-centric approach to delivering a high-quality output\nExperience of working in cross functional teams\nstrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient in MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel.\nIdeally experience in document management software packages such as ACC documents but training will be provided.\nAbility to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and data management.\nProfessional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.\nMust already have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to secure this prior to commencement of the role.\nLocation:\nThis role will be based out of a Project Office in Carrington\n Equality, Diversity and Inclusion\nWe at EGIS are an Equal Opportunities employer and we recognise the value of a Diverse Organisation.
