You would be based here full-time. We manage Dublin Tunnel for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII).\nThis role is responsible for all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the Dublin Tunnel affected property. Reporting to the M&E Technical Manager. The role will also involve aspects of civil engineering as required.\n Requirements:\n5 years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician\nFully qualified electrician\nDesirable: MV, LV, LSS, HVAC\nComputer literacy - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook in particular\nFantastic work life balance with a 7.30am start and a 4pm finish time Mon-Fri.\nThis role is based in the Dublin Tunnel and duties will include but are not limited to:\nMaintenance of predominately Electrical and Mechanical Systems.\nManage records and documentation of all maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System. Ensure day to day preventive and corrective maintenance work orders are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.\nAttendance of scheduled & other tunnel closures.\nLiaising with contractors.\nAssist in the implementation of equipment and system upgrade projects (CAPEX).\nManage and support projects to improve equipment reliability, performance and availability.\nDevelop, manage and supervise projects undertaken by the Maintenance Department.\nProvide on-call cover for out of hours Maintenance activities.
