In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, optimizing material sourcing, and ensuring cost-effective supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical expertise in procurement systems, and the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams to support our operational objectives.\nDevelop and execute procurement strategies to source materials and services while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency\nAnalyze supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal pricing and delivery terms\nMaintain accurate inventory records and monitor material stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory\nEvaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and compliance criteria\nPrepare detailed procurement documentation, including purchase orders, specifications, and compliance reports\nCoordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement\nAnalyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and local Saudi Arabian requirements\nMonitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary\nManage procurement-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain\nUtilize ERP systems and procurement software to track orders, manage inventory, and generate performance reports\n 10+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain operations\nProficiency with ERP systems and procurement management software\nStrong analytical and cost-analysis skills with the ability to interpret procurement data\nDemonstrated experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management\nKnowledge of inventory management principles and best practices\nExcellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools\nUnderstanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements in procurement\nFamiliarity with supply chain optimization and process improvement methodologies\nPreferred: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies\nPreferred: Background in international
