If you want to understand how major assets actually perform over time, and how to make them safer, more efficient and more sustainable, this is a good place to develop that knowledge.\n The Operations Director is responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects output including technical results and financial profitability, he/she provides with operational oversight and technical support for projects, directs and coordinates the projects based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and those deadlines are met consistently.\nAssist in leading the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of the business. Provide strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of design processes, project management, and consultancy services.\nEnsure profitability, quality delivery, and growth of the company in line with its vision\n*Strategic Leadership\n Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.\n Oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.\n Drive innovation and maintain competitive positioning in the market.\n* Business Development\n Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with developers, Consultants, and Contractors.\n Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.\n Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.\n* Project Oversight\n Ensure timely and quality delivery of consultancy and PMC projects.\n Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.\n Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.\n* Team Management\n Recruit, mentor, and manage design and project management teams.\n Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.\n Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.\n* Quality & Compliance\n Maintain adherence to design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.\n Implement quality assurance processes across all projects.\n* Financial Management\nPrepare, implement and achieve budgeted Turnover, Gross Margin and Net Profit targets to ensure profitability and growth of the business Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.\nOptimize operational costs and improve profitability.\nEnsure compliance with financial and legal regulations.\nBachelor's Degree in a Construction-related discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction, project management, consultancy, or related operations within the built environment.\nExperience in strategic planning and business development within consultancy or PMC services\nProven track record of leading operations, managing multi-disciplinary teams.\nStrong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and profitability optimisation.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills.\nMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or
