In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification and evaluation to contract negotiation and vendor management. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to optimize our procurement operations and ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.\nAnalyze and evaluate supplier proposals, technical specifications, and pricing to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and budget constraints\nDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions\nPrepare detailed procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations\nUtilize procurement software and ERP systems to manage purchase requisitions, track orders, and maintain comprehensive procurement records\nConduct cost-benefit analyses and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce overall procurement expenses\nCollaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to understand material requirements and project timelines\nMonitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain service level agreements\nPrepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives for management review\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable UAE procurement regulations\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient procurement methodologies\n 8- 10 years of professional experience in procurement engineering, supply chain management, or related field\nProven experience in vendor evaluation, supplier management, and contract negotiation\nStrong proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)\nAdvanced analytical and data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail\nKnowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain optimization techniques\nExperience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment\nFamiliarity with UAE and Middle East procurement regulations and compliance requirements\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands\nProficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and financial forecasting\nExperience with contract management and legal documentation review\nPreferred: Project management experience or certification\nPreferred: Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies\nPreferred: Experience with international sourcing and global supplier networks\n Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of telematics and vehicle monitoring technologies.\nExcellent coordination and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office
