robust baselines and integrating cost, schedule, and risk data\nOversee the analysis, documentation, and reporting of project findings and recommendations, producing clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders through dashboards, KPI packs, trend analysis, and forecasting\nFacilitate collaborative planning and controls sessions with client representatives, project teams, and delivery partners, both virtually and in-person\nApply and adapt established methodologies, processes, and tools to suit specific project needs, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and client-specific requirements\nSupport change control processes, QSRA activities, and the development and management of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems where required\nRepresent the organization within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners\nCoach and support project teams to build internal capability, improve consistency and quality across controls disciplines, and contribute to organizational development initiatives\nEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures track\n Required Qualifications:\n10+ years of project controls experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, or major capital projects sectors\nProven expertise in project planning, cost management, schedule management, and performance reporting\nStrong proficiency with Primavera P6, cost management systems, and reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel analytics\nSolid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, interface management, and integrated controls processes\nDemonstrated experience operating in multi-contract, multi-stakeholder environments with complex governance requirements\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present to senior leadership\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail\nDegree or HNC in an engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience\nRight to Work in Saudi Arabia or ability to secure this prior to commencement of the role\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with NEC4 contracts and contract management principles\nProject Management Professional (PMP), APM, or IPMA Level C certification\nChartered memberships such as MRICS or APM\nExperience with project controls in the Middle East or GCC region\nKnowledge of Saudi Arabia regulatory frameworks and governance requirements\nProficiency in additional software tools such as Oracle Primavera, Planview, or PMO365\nExperience with digital collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and online whiteboarding platforms such as Miro\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse team environments\nExperience writing and presenting reports to executive-level stakeholders in complex project
