In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project controls, cost management, and schedule performance for our rail (HSR) infrastructure initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring project delivery excellence through rigorous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of project performance metrics. You will work collaboratively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain project objectives and drive continuous improvement in project execution.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project control systems and processes aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices\nMonitor and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance; prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses\nTrack project schedules, milestones, and timelines; identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery\nCollect, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources; prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for stakeholder communication\nConduct risk assessments related to project scope, schedule, and budget; recommend corrective and preventive actions\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to resolve project control issues and optimize resource allocation\nMaintain project control documentation, baselines, and change management records in accordance with established protocols\nProvide training and guidance to project team members on control procedures, tools, and methodologies\nSupport project audits and reviews;
