As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.\nCoordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards \nCollaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication \nOrganize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation \nSchedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals \nAssist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans \nMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management \nEnsure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects \nCoordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials \nAssist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback \nPerform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production \n Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent \n3 to 5 years of similar experience \n Canada Project Experience is preferred \nOracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred \nProficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferred \nStrong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices \nExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously \nExperience with project management methodologies \nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills \nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities \nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment \nProblem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements \nTeam player with a
