This entry-level opportunity is part of our Emiratization initiative and is ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in project administration and coordination.\nThe successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport project managers in day-to-day project coordination activities.\nMaintain project documentation, records, and correspondence.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.\nTrack project progress and update reporting templates.\nAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and project-related documents.\nLiaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project requirements.\nMonitor action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.\nOrganize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.\nAssist with procurement, logistics, and administrative activities as required.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.\n UAE National with a valid Family Book.\nHigh School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.
