This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in project coordination within the wet utilities sector, working on innovative infrastructure projects that serve the community. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of water supply, sewage, and drainage system projects whilst supporting senior engineers and project managers.\nCoordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of wet utilities infrastructure projects\nLiaise between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progression\nPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, feasibility studies, proposals, and design specifications\nAssist in the organisation and coordination of site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities related to water supply networks, sewage treatment facilities, and drainage infrastructure\nSupport the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using AutoCAD and related design software\nMaintain accurate and organised project records, databases, and filing systems in accordance with organisational procedures and UAE regulations\nCoordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and project continuity\nMonitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to support effective project financial management\nEnsure compliance with UAE water regulations, industry standards, and local engineering codes throughout project execution\nSupport the development and implementation of project methodologies and process improvements\nCollaborate with team members on solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous operational excellence\n Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book\nBachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent qualification\nFor engineering graduates: Strong academic foundation in wet utilities systems, hydraulics, hydrology, and engineering principles\nFor business graduates: Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and infrastructure project coordination principles\nProficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent computer-aided design (CAD) software (desirable for business graduates)\nCompetency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail\nOutstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively\nProficient communication skills in both written and spoken English\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team environments and contribute constructively\nFamiliarity with site investigation, survey methodologies, and field data collection techniques\nUnderstanding of project management fundamentals and basic construction methodologies\nHealth and Safety awareness in construction and engineering environments\nKnowledge of UAE water regulations, standards, and local engineering codes\nPractical experience through internships or academic projects in wet utilities project coordination (desirable)\nFamiliarity with UAE infrastructure development standards and local compliance requirements
