In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities on-site, ensuring that all work meets established standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will supervise QA/QC operations, conduct inspections, and maintain comprehensive documentation while collaborating with project teams to maintain the highest quality standards.\nConduct on-site quality assurance and quality control inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards\nSupervise and coordinate QA/QC personnel and activities to ensure consistent quality management across all project phases\nPerform testing and inspections using appropriate methodologies and equipment, documenting all findings and results\nAnalyze inspection data and test results to identify quality issues, deviations, and areas for improvement\nPrepare detailed quality reports and documentation, maintaining organized records of all QA/QC activities\nCommunicate quality findings, concerns, and recommendations to project management and relevant stakeholders\nEnsure adherence to quality management systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project\nInvestigate quality discrepancies and collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions\nMonitor and verify that corrective actions are effectively implemented and documented\nMaintain professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project team members to support quality objectives\n Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and site-based quality control activities\nProven experience in site supervision or supervisory roles within construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments\nStrong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and specifications relevant to the industry\nProficiency in quality testing and inspection methodologies and procedures\nExcellent technical documentation and report writing skills\nDemonstrated ability to analyze data and identify quality issues with precision\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams\nProficiency with inspection tools, equipment, and quality management software\nProblem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality concerns\nPreferred: Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent)\nPreferred: Experience with quality management information systems and digital documentation tools\nPreferred: Project management experience or familiarity with
