Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.\n We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Coordinator to support and maintain the organization's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting carbon data collection and ESG initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the implementation of QHSE initiatives across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.\n\nDevelop, review, and update organizational QHSE policies, procedures, manuals, and related documentation.\n\nEnsure compliance with QHSE policies, applicable legal regulations, and ISO standards.\n\nMonitor and maintain QHSE records, reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.\n\nPrepare management reports and KPI dashboards related to QHSE performance.\n\nSupport the organization in preparing for external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.\n\nIdentify gaps, risks, opportunities for improvement, and non-conformities; recommend and monitor corrective actions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, implementation of corrective actions, and promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.\n\nDeliver QHSE training and awareness programs to employees on ISO standards, policies, and compliance requirements.\n\nCollect, verify, and maintain carbon emissions and sustainability-related data to support organizational reporting and environmental objectives.\n\nContribute to the development and monitoring of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).\n\n4-5 years of experience in QHSE management systems, ISO compliance, and auditing.\n\nExtensive knowledge on QHSE international and national legal frameworks and management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.\n\nExperience supporting certification and surveillance audits.\n\nCertified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.\n\nWorking knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting principles, and carbon accounting
