organized records of all financial transactions\nConduct risk assessments related to project costs and budget implications\nEnsure compliance with Egyptian construction standards and local regulatory requirements\nUtilize QS software and tools to analyze data generate reports and streamline cost management processes\nParticipate in tender evaluations and provide cost analysis recommendations\n\nQualifications: \n10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or QS Engineer in construction or engineering projects\nStrong knowledge of quantity surveying principles cost estimation and budgeting methodologies\nProficiency in QS software such as Bluebeam Primavera AutoCAD or similar tools\nComprehensive understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes\nFamiliarity with Egyptian construction standards and building regulations\nPreferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D cost estimation\nPreferred: Knowledge of
