# QS Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QS Engineer to join our organization in Cairo this role you will be responsible for managing project costs preparing comprehensive quantity surveys and ensuring accurate financial control throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills technical proficiency and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment. Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for construction projects Monitor and control project costs identifying variances and implementing corrective measures Review construction contracts specifications and tender documents with meticulous attention to detail Manage procurement processes and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness Prepare detailed cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to resolve cost-related issues Maintain comprehensive project documentation and maintain organized records of all financial transactions Conduct risk assessments related to project costs and budget implications Ensure compliance with Egyptian const
