The role supports the Project Manager / Supervision Team Leader in ensuring that all works are delivered in compliance with contract requirements, approved designs, technical specifications, relevant standards, and project schedules.\n Key Responsibilities\nSupervise construction activities and monitor contractor performance on site.\nEnsure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.\nReview and approve contractor submissions, including work programmes, method statements, materials, and shop drawings.\nMonitor construction progress and proactively identify delays, risks, and implementation issues.\nVerify quantities, site measurements, and contractor payment applications.\nSupport the evaluation and assessment of claims, variations, and extension of time requests.\nEnsure compliance with occupational health & safety (OHS) standards and environmental and social safeguards.\nCoordinate with contractors, airport operators, government authorities, and other stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate site records and prepare progress and technical reports.\nSupport testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and project close-out activities.\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Airport Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.\nMaster's Degree in Construction Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Airport Planning, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, contract administration, and site management of major building and infrastructure projects, including airport terminals, aviation facilities, commercial developments, transportation hubs, and complex civil works.\nDemonstrated experience in the supervision and delivery of airport terminal projects, including passenger terminal buildings, concourses, landside developments, utility systems, baggage handling facilities, and associated infrastructure works.\nProven experience administering construction contracts under FIDIC Conditions of Contract, including contract management, claims assessment, variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.\nStrong experience in quality assurance, construction monitoring, stakeholder management, and compliance with international building, engineering, and aviation standards.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, including architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, airport operators, contractors, and government authorities.\nExperience on projects funded by World Bank, ADB, JICA, AIIB, EBRD, or other international financing institutions is highly desirable.\n Skills & Competencies\nStrong construction supervision and contract administration skills\nSolid knowledge of engineering standards and project delivery processes\nEffective communication and reporting skills\nStakeholder coordination and management capability\nProblem-solving and risk identification ability\nProficiency in written and spoken English\n Willingness to be site-based\nAbility to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment","description_format":"text","description_chars":4041,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Science & Engineering","Engineering Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T14:15:39Z"}],"liveness":{"score":63,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.632,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":49,"reasons":["conf:5","stale_co","velocity","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-25T05:45:01Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/egis-group-resident-engineer-terminal","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/egis-group-resident-engineer-terminal.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-26T00:14:54Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":163,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4837,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-27T00:00:00Z"}}}
