Egis has long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.\n The Aviation Planner is responsible for the strategic and operational planning of airfield infrastructure and activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant airport operations. This role involves close coordination with various airport stakeholders including air traffic control, airlines, ground handling, maintenance, and project teams to ensure effective allocation and use of airfield resources. The planner supports short, medium, and long-term planning aligned with regulatory, environmental, and capacity requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead / Coordinate the development of airport master plans and phasing plans to ensure the short-term and long-term aviation requirements\nTraffic forecast analysis / review and Capacity analysis\nLead / Coordinate with other airport experts (environment, building, security, etc.) to provide planning support to design studies\nDevelop and maintain airfield operational plans covering runways, taxiways, aprons, stands, and support areas\nAnalyze and forecast aircraft movements to determine capacity requirements and optimize stand allocation, GSE operations, etc.\nAirfield and Apron Planning and Stand Optimization\nConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for Airfield projects; Terminal and Landside would be an added advantage\nLiaise with engineering & project teams to provide operational input during design and construction phases & to ensure that all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations are followed, that current techniques are utilized, and that quality is acceptable\nSupport sustainability initiatives in airfield operations, including emissions and fuel efficiency planning\nPerformance sizing (runway length, RET, etc.)\nAeronautical studies / obstacles assessment\nApproach / Departure procedures analysis (PANS OPS/TERPS)\nAircraft related performance studies\nPerform dynamic Airside simulations with simulation softwares such as CAST Airside, AirTOP, etc.\nDevelop the airside simulation activity with other Experts\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nAt least 10 years’ experience with aviation planning projects\nExperience working on large aviation (or similar) projects is required\nStrong knowledge of airfield operations, infrastructure, and aviation regulations\nProficiency in airport planning tools, CAD and simulation software such as CAST Airside, AirTOP, etc.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in operational planning and capacity modeling\nExcellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills\nUnderstanding of ICAO Annexes, IATA AHM/ADRM, and local CAA regulations\nAbility to interpret and analyze traffic data and translate into actionable plans\nAdaptability to changing operational needs and project environments\nAttention to detail and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance\nProject management awareness and ability to support multidisciplinary
