and tools that enhance system performance and security posture\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\n5+ years of professional experience in AVIT and security engineering roles\nProven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale audio-visual systems\nStrong knowledge of IT security systems, network security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices\nHands-on experience with network security tools and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, endpoint protection)\nProficiency in security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing methodologies\nSolid understanding of AV protocols and standards (HDMI, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, IP-based AV systems)\nExperience with unified communications and collaboration platforms\nFamiliarity with cloud security, remote access solutions, and hybrid infrastructure environments\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar)\nRelevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent\nExcellent project management skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex IT security and AVIT projects\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting\nExceptional communication and
