In this role, you will lead the development and coordination of structural Building Information Models (BIM), ensuring seamless integration across all project disciplines. You will be responsible for managing complex structural models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop, manage, and maintain comprehensive structural BIM models using industry-standard software and protocols\nConduct clash detection and resolution between structural and MEP systems, documenting findings and coordinating solutions with relevant teams\nEstablish and enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines for structural elements across projects\nCoordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure structural model accuracy and alignment with project requirements\nGenerate technical documentation, construction drawings, and schedules from BIM models for construction teams\nPerform quality assurance reviews on structural models to verify compliance with project specifications and building codes\nManage model coordination meetings, track issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner\nMentor junior BIM coordinators and support team members in adopting BIM best practices\nCollaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet contractual obligations and timelines\nStay current with BIM standards, emerging technologies, and industry advancements in structural coordination\n 5+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, structural engineering, or related roles\nAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure) and Navisworks or equivalent BIM software\nDemonstrated expertise in structural modeling, clash detection, and coordination workflows\nStrong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650 or similar frameworks)\nSolid understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices\nExperience with 3D visualization, rendering, and model presentation techniques\nProficiency in project management tools and document control systems\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail\nStrong organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams\nExperience in the Indian construction industry or familiarity with local building standards is preferred\nKnowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling is
