In this role, you will oversee the management, control, and distribution of critical documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Document Controller, you will lead document control initiatives, mentor team members, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.\nManage and maintain comprehensive document control systems, including version control, document tracking, and archival procedures\nEnsure all documentation complies with organizational policies, industry standards, and applicable Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements\nSupervise and coordinate document control team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback\nDevelop and implement standardized document management procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy\nConduct regular audits of documentation systems to verify compliance and identify areas for process improvement\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments to establish document requirements, standards, and distribution protocols\nMaintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and access logs\nAnalyze document control metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making\nServe as a subject matter expert on document control procedures and regulatory compliance matters\nCustomize and optimize document management software and systems to meet organizational needs\n 12+ years of professional experience in document control, records management, or related administrative field\nAdvanced proficiency with document management systems (DMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software\nStrong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nDemonstrated ability to analyze processes and implement improvements\nExperience working in a regulated industry or compliance-heavy environment\nFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulatory environment (preferred)\nProven track record of training and developing team members (preferred)\nExperience with data analysis and reporting tools
