Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers\n The Senior Fire & Life Safety Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of Fire & Life Safety projects, with overall accountability for technical quality, commercial performance, programme, resources, client management and successful project completion.\nThe role requires strong technical knowledge across Fire & Life Safety disciplines, combined with proven project and commercial management capabilities. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary FLS teams, manage project risks and resources, control scope and budget, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet applicable codes, standards, authority requirements and contractual obligations.\nProvide overall technical leadership for Fire & Life Safety projects.\nManage and coordinate technical inputs across:Fire and Life Safety strategies.\nFire protection and firefighting systems.\nFire alarm and detection systems.\nPassive fire protection.\nSmoke control and smoke management systems.\nMeans of egress and evacuation.\nFire and smoke compartmentation.\nAlternative and special fire suppression systems.\nFire service access and firefighting provisions.\nPerformance-based fire engineering solutions, where applicable.\n\nEnsure FLS designs and deliverables comply with applicable local codes, Civil Defence requirements, adopted international standards and project requirements.\nReview critical technical deliverables and ensure appropriate technical review and quality-control processes are completed before submission.\nProvide technical direction to project engineers, specialists and design-review teams.\nLead resolution of complex technical issues and multidisciplinary interface matters.\nEnsure that technical decisions, assumptions, deviations and agreed design solutions are appropriately documented.\nCoordinate technical submissions and responses to Civil Defence and other relevant authorities.\nLead technical workshops and meetings with clients, designers, contractors and approving authorities as required.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of relevant Fire & Life Safety / Fire Engineering experience, with significant experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects.\nStrong experience managing FLS projects covering technical delivery, commercial management, programme, resources and client coordination.\nStrong working knowledge of applicable NFPA standards, local building/fire codes and Civil Defence requirements.\nRelevant professional certification or professional engineering registration is preferred.\nPMP or equivalent project-management qualification would be advantageous.\nDemonstrated experience managing consultants, specialist engineers and multidisciplinary design interfaces.\nExperience with Civil Defence / authority approval processes is highly desirable.\n The ideal candidate will be a senior Fire & Life Safety professional with strong technical, commercial and project management capabilities, capable of taking full ownership of complex FLS projects.\nThe individual will be expected to manage projects as a business as well as a technical assignment, balancing technical quality, client requirements, programme, resources, commercial performance, risk and authority
